CC competition team bags Bonelli partner

The Italian arm of Clifford Chance now has a competition lawyer represented among the partners, in the form of Luciano Di Via, who has just moved over from Bonelli Erede Pappalardo.

Mr Di Via joined Clifford Chance on 1 August and will share his time between the Rome and Milan offices. He was at Bonelli for over a decade. Prior to that, he spent a decade at the Italian Competition Authority. He is currently advising Wind Telecom, according to Who's Who Legal, on a cartel case involving allegations of unfair commercial practice.
