The firm has expanded its New York office and is in the process of opening offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco thanks to a mass hire from legacy Dacheng, which merged with Dentons last year. Among the hires is Dacheng director Xiao Ling, who is to be managing partner of the US offices.
A Full service offering
According to a statement from Zhong Lun, the US offices will provide the full range of legal services across multiple practice areas for its clients, which include Chinese governmental agencies, state-owned enterprises, corporates and individuals. Practice areas include corporate law, litigation services, private wealth management, securities and capital markets, real estate and construction and IP matters.
