Seeking space of some 14,500 to 16,500 square metres, Clayton Utz is at the large end of tenancy size in the Central Business District. It wants the new offices to house its team in the city for at least the next two decades.

Six new towers

The mandate is important enough that it will drive competition among landlords, according to property consultant Knight Frank. There are at least six new towers about to be built that would like to find a tenant before construction starts. The law firm has asked for end of trip facilities (to help cyclists, runners and walkers), a gym, a green rating of at least 5 stars and has stated preferences on child care.
