Working on transactions worldwide, Mr. Swinburne handles large aviation, shipping and other transportation deals on behalf of financial institutions, aircraft leasing companies, airlines, equity investors and arrangers. His deals include acquisitions and disposals of assets and asset portfolios, mergers, financing and leasing transactions and structured finance work, including asset-backed securities offerings and enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETC’s).
