An Arabic speaking barrister, Ms Sfeir-Tait has been both a regulator and compliance professional during her career. Before joining Clyde, she was general counsel and chief compliance officer of a global financial services firm based in Abu Dhabi. She was earlier the head of legal and compliance and board secretary at Abu Dhabi’s ADS Securities, and senior legal counsel with the Dubai Financial Services Authority. Additionally, she has experience working for Lebanese law firms Abouhamad, Merheb, Nohra, Chamoun & Chedid and Saade Partners.
