Businesses need to make preparations for Britain's exit from the EU, following the Conservative Party's victory in the UK elections last week, Hogan Lovells has warned. The law firm says that the so-called Brexit would impact a wide range of businesses, particularly those operating in heavily regulated sectors such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, media and telecoms.Employment and competition law would provide challenges as would issues such as tax and privacy, the firm said.
