Czech Republic: office offer
International law firm Salans advised French real estate company ORCO Property Group on the sale by its subsidiary of the Radio Free Europe/Hagibor Office Building in Prague to a subsidiary of American owned business L88 Companies.
The deal has been valued at about $94 million, with the Salans team being led by Stewart Middleman, head of cross-border transactions for the firm’s global real estate group.
