The team of 11 partners, 34 associates and 30 paralegals, led by Steven Mills and Clare Stothard, mainly focuses on financial litigation and investigations work for major banks. They also cover disputes involving investment products, mis-selling, derivatives, fraud and asset recoveries, investigations, compliance and regulatory reviews.

The team will remain at its base in Watford and will be part of the single integrated Financial Markets and Commercial Disputes Group across the London, Watford and Milton Keynes offices led by Richard Caird.
