The mergers are taking place with Colombia’s Cardenas & Cardenas and Mexico’s Lopez Velarde, Heftye y Soria (LVHS). Cardenas has been operating for more than a century and covers a broad range of commercial law. LVHS is more specialised and focuses on industries including energy, telecommunications and infrastructure. Source: Dentons
