Two business law firms – Derling in Estonia and Primus, Attorneys at Law, in Lithuania and Latvia - have established a new pan-Baltic alliance.

The new alliance is operating as Derling Primus in Estonia and Primus Derling in Latvia and Lithuania, with a team of over 80 lawyers and assistants across 4 offices in all three Baltic countries. The alliance brings together two law firms with a reputation in the Baltics for strategy combined with a solutions approach to client service. They have expertise in the fields of Corporate and M&A, Competition, Dispute Resolution, Banking and Finance, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Tax.
