Detroit judge asks Jones Day to explain error
Judge Steven Rhodes has asked Jones Day to explain why confidential documents on a mediation process involving the bankrupt city were sent to several creditors.

Geoff Irwin, a partner in the firm, said that the mistake was due to a ‘reviewer error’. The documents were sent on computer disks. There is now discussion as to whether the creditors should continue to use the disks with the confidential documents - as they also contain information that the creditors should have received. Jones Day does not want to delay the current process by getting the disks back and starting afresh. Source: ABA
