The three former executives - chairman Steven Davis, executive director Stephen DiCarmine and chief financial officer Joel Sanders - were acquitted. Mr Vance says that a retrial would need to be shorter. Dewey went into administration in 2012 when it had some 1,000 lawyers on its payroll.
