The merger is the third that Dinsmore & Shohl has carried out in 2015. It is the largest law firm in Cincinnati and now also has offices in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C. and West Virginia. It has 21 offices in total.
