DLA opens back office support centre in Warsaw

DLA Piper is in the process of transferring some of its administration, IT, finance, HR, marketing and IT processes to the new base, which opened at the start of this month.

There are already similar bases in Leeds and Tampa. COO of DLA Andrew Darwin said: 'For EMEA, we think Warsaw could be complementary to what we currently have in place and potentially offers an attractive combination of quality and value. Our objective is to improve our ability to provide integrated and efficient service internally so that, in turn, our lawyers can do the same for our clients.'
