The Commercial Court in Dublin is currently hearing evidence about the alleged movement of assets of the bankrupt businessman. The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) alleged in court in the contentious case that the consultancy was involved in a conspiracy in relation to keep the assets and certain streams of income they produced away from the IBRC. Mr Justice Peter Kelly ordered the consultancy and a company called Senat FZC to discover documents requested by the IBRC.
