Mr Butcher specialises in M&A, private equity, venture capital, financing and restructuring work, with particular focus on the TMT, healthcare and natural resources industries. He will work closely with head of corporate in Asia Stephen Mok and Asia managing partner Stephen Kitts to continue to grow the firm’s M&A and private equity business.
