Eversheds expands apprenticeship program

Eversheds has partnered with BPP University Law School to launch its Trailblazer apprenticeship programme in the UK.

The law firm has an existing program called Eversheds Aspire, but this new scheme will enable qualification as a solicitor following six years of work-based learning, followed by a Solicitors Regulatory Authority assessment. BPP University will also have the ability to award an LLB as part of the programme.

The scheme, available to those with a minimum of five GCSE grades A-C who are expecting good A-level results, is part of a drive to create new routes to qualification. It enables participants to qualify while earning a salary of £15,200 outside London and £17,200 in London (which will increase incrementally year on year), rather than paying the tuition fees required for full-time study.
