Succession
Sandanandan joined the firm from White & Case in 2010 and has been involved on the management front, serving on the succession committee dealing with the retirement of global chair Bob Dell last year. She replaces M&A partner Nick Cline at the top of the London office. Ms Sadanandan will be assisted by a deputy head - the employment and benefits partner Catherine Drinnan.
