The office is to be opened in conjunction with Ibrahim Law Firm. Ibrahim is a specialist in disputes and was formed as a break-away from the Freshfields office in Dubai.The firm has been making strong profits of late and has also been considering opening up in Doha. But managing partner Simon Tolson told The Lawyer that South Korean and Australian clients, in particular, had encouraged the firm to look to Dubai. He said: 'We are doing quite a lot of work in Doha but we have come to the conclusion that the best business hub for all of our international work would be Dubai.'
