Banks and financial services companies topped the recruitment list for lawyers last year, according to recruiters Robert Walters. The company saw a 48 per cent rise in job adverts for financial services lawyers as the banks came under pressure from regulators. This compares with a 22 per cent increase in job adverts overall.
