In the role at the UK-based specialists in carbon reduction and energy efficiency, Mr Cross will advise on all legal matters across the business. He has worked closely with Anesco as external counsel during his time at Greenberg Traurig.
Mr Cross has experience in dealing with a range of green energy projects and developments, and previously worked in the property litigation department at London-based Clyde & Co as well as in real estate for international law firm Hogan Lovells.
