Mr Kluger passed on information he gathered from working as a trainee and as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and at Skadden, Arps then Fried Frank and Wilson, Sonsoni. His activities continued for 17 years. He pleaded guilty to the criminal charges and was sentenced in January.
