Garrigues leads top 100 independent European firms

The top independent 100 European firms saw turnover grow by an average of 2.4 per cent, headed by the Iberian-based practice Garrigues.

The Lawyer magazine’s European 100 2014 shows Garrigues holding onto the lead, with a turnover of €332m, despite a fall of 1.7 per cent in revenue. France’s Fidal, growing at 1.5 per cent, came second. The survey found that while Germany law firms had a good year and French law firms showed signs of recovery, law firms in the Netherlands and Sweden lagged behind. Source: The Lawyer
