Glaxo accused by official Chinese legal newspaper

The Legal Daily newspaper in China has said that GlaxoSmithKline failed to pay over US$16m in duties and taxes in relation to its HIV medicines between 2005 and 2008.

The Legal Daily newspaper in China has said that GlaxoSmithKline failed to pay over US$16m in duties and taxes Mario Savoia

The paper is the official legal mouthpiece of the Communist Party’s Commission for Political and Legal Affairs. The paper also accuses Glaxo of manipulating prices on its locally-manufactured and imported drugs, and alleges that it falsified costs given to the regulators in China.
