Greenberg Traurig CEO predicts death of some firms

Richard Rosenbaum has given an interview in which he predicts that some traditional firms will die, while others will benefit for a while and another group of nimble, hungry practices will make it through.

But he concludes: 'BigLaw is not dead'. The problem that is holding many firms back is their culture, he says. This has created an 'inability to change' in some firms and a persistent belief that 'the good old days' will return.
