Ms Davis Lockard is vice chair of the 'Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice', according to the Greenberg website. She was arrested after a complaint was made by another driver, Maura Gerke, who told police that she had honked at a white Jaguar because she believed it was turning too slowly.
Lewd gesture
According to the report from the investigating officer, 'Maura Gerke told me that she flicked off the driver… (who) then threw an object at her which struck her window, shattering it. Maura Gerke began to cry and shake as she told me what happened.' Manny Arora, representing Ms Davis Lockard, said: 'The police report is somewhat one-sided but at least the plaintiff acknowledges that she initiated the honking and there was honking back and forth and there was a lewd gesture.'
