The prosecutors are still looking into a case connected with Deutsche Bank’s case with the heirs of deceased media tycoon Leo Kirch.  Although the bank has already settled the lawsuit with the heirs, prosecutors are still asking questions over the testimony given by former or current board members and whether lawyers were involved.  Last month, Deutsche bank paid out €900m to settle the case which was brought by Mr Kirch who blamed the bank for being partly responsible for the company’s insolvency.  Source: Wall Street Journal
