Herbert Smith is the only international law firm represented on the Commission - and it also has another lawyer sitting as members of the Commission. The other lawyer, Herbert Smith senior associate Vanina Sucharitkul, is the ICC Court representative for Thailand. The Commission seeks to promote the use of arbitration in Thailand amongst the business community. 

Thailand Arbitration Centre

Last year, the Thailand Arbitration Centre was set up. There have also been court decisions in Thailand recently which enforce arbitraiton awaards made in the course of international and domestic arbitration.  Source: CDR News
