International firm Ince & Co is to make six partners redundant after undergoing a partnership restructuring as part of a business services change programme. The firm has also reviewed its secretarial services, with ten redundancies in that department. Partners will have one central point for secretarial needs whilst it will also set up a new document team to produce documents and provide transcription services. The nove comes after a unanimous vote by partners which also said that the restructure would not impact other lawyers in the firm.
