US District Judge Kiyo Matsumoto gave permission for the 42-year old to accompany his wife, three young children and other members of his family on the planned holiday to the Mexican coast.
Two investigations
Mr Greebel is accused of conspiring with Mr Shkreli, the former CEO of drug company Retrophin. Mr Greebel joined the 450-lawyer international firm Kaye Scholer in July. The alleged events occurred prior to July, when Mr Greebel was a partner in Chicago-based 600-lawyer practice Katten Muchin Rosenman. Both law firms have begun investigations into Mr Greebel's activities. Source: ABA
