Until recently, the firm’s Miami ‘hub’ had focused exclusively on supporting Latin American, Caribbean and London market insurers and reinsurers. Kennedys is also strengthening its reach into the Latin American (re)insurance market through an association with Buenos Aires-headquartered boutique ABA. The firm is focused on large and complex insurance and reinsurance matters and has worked with Kennedys since 2013; the newly-formalised relationship complements the firm’s existing associations in Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
