The combined office will run to 30 lawyers and will be known as Kennedy's Legal Solutions. At the moment, the final regulatory formalities are being sorted out as the firm has been granted a licence to enter the joint venture. The relaunch of the Kennedy's office as Kennedy's Legal Solutions is expected to happen 'within the coming months', according to the firm.

Kennedys Singapore recently recruited a team of seven lawyers to form a specialist aviation team. The combined firm will offer a range of services including shipping, regulatory, dispute resolution and corporate.
