Kilpatrick Townsend joins forces with Dallas firm

International litigation specialist Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton is to have a presence in Dallas, Texas, through a merger today with 21-lawyer practice Crouch & Ramey. It will become the 18th office in its network.

Kilpatrick already has well-known clients that have a presence in Texas, including AT&T, Celanese, Halliburton, Oracle, and Turner Industries. The firm will have over 170 lawyers in its litigation department and 640 in total at the firm.
