Ms Naphtali has been at a boutique, Lipmas Karas, in Hong Kong since she left Hogan Lovells four years ago. At Kirkland, she will once again be working with Neil McDonald, head of the Hogan Lovells restructuring team in Asia until he moved to Kirkland in September 2014. Also in the Kirkland team is Damien Coles, who was a restructuring partner at Hogan Lovells for a few months.
