A number of Kraft executives will reap rewards when the Kraft Heinz deal, announced in late March, is completed. The deal, which will create the world’s fifth-largest food and beverage company, sees the current general counsel and company secretary of Kraft Foods, Kim Rucker, exit the company with a $1.5 million reward. Her deputy GC, Jim Savina, will take over the legal functions of the combined entity. Mr Savina, who joined Kraft in 2013 and was chief compliance officer, will be general counsel and corporate secretary of Kraft Heinz.
