Latham & Watkins private equity and M&A partner Graeme Sloan has joined Morrison & Foerster as the firm’s global M&A co-chair and London corporate head. Sloan was at Latham for over nine years and served as global co-chair of its M&A practice. Before that, he was a partner at Maclay Murray and Spens for 14 years. He acts on corporate finance matters and for both private equity and strategic buyers.
