Erol Incedal, a 26-year old law student living in south London, has been convicted of possessing a bomb-making manual. He will face another trial next year on charges that he was preparing an act of terrorism with other people located abroad. Police found papers among his possessions which had the address of former British prime minister Tony Blair. He was arrested in September 2013 when driving his black Mercedes at 60mph in a 40mph zone, without a licence and with no insurance. Source: Daily Mail
