LexisNexis and Wolters Kluwers sign Canada and Poland deals

Reed Elsevier, owner of LexisNexis, is transferring the 120-employee LexisNexis Poland legal business to the Legal & Regulatory division of Wolters Kluwers.

Meanwhile, LexisNexis Legal & Professional is buying the legal publishing assets of Wolters Kluwer in Canada. There are some 50 employees in this business.
