Linklaters tops UK rankings

Linklaters leads the UK100 listing of firms by revenue earnt from the UK last year, showing revenue of £564m - but US firms are making progress further down the table.

Second in The Lawyer ranking is Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, follows by Clifford Chance, then Allen & Overy and then Slaughter and May. While no US-based firms have entered the top 20, they dominate the 21-40 bracket. Baker & McKenzie leads among the US firms, in 22nd place with UK fee income of £134m. Source: The Lawyer
