Over the next two years, litigation specialists have the best prospects of lawyers who are looking for a new job, according to recruitment consultants Robert Half.

Amongst the litigators, those most in demand are the ones with experience in insurance defence, medical malpractice, commercial litigation and employment advice. There is demand in both law firms and in-house.
