Ms Hanna, who has spent more than 20 years dealing with key legal and public policy matters relating to the health care industry for clients across the country, began her career in Locke Lord’s Los Angeles office. She has represented health insurance companies and managed care organisations in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and entity formation, managed care contracting, joint ventures and commercial contracting. She has closely tracked the enactment of federal health care reform, and regularly advises clients on implementation and compliance issues.
