Marc Jacobs general counsel Kelly Koyama has been named as Luxury General Counsel of the year whilst Rebecca Minkoff assistant general counsel Ava Farshidi is this year's Rising Star. The awards, which are part of the Luxury Law Summit, also saw Burberry and Coty's legal departments win an award for 'Deal of the Year' for their role in an innovative licensing cosmetics deal whilst Keith Benjamin was given the Luxury Lifetime Achievement Award. Mischon de Reya won Luxury Law firm of the Year. Daimler's legal department was chosen as luxury legal department of the year. The awards were held in London this week.
