London's leading public interest barrister set Matrix Chambers is going international with the launch of its first office in Geneva.

The Chambers, which plans to formally set up Matrix International as a separate brand, is looking to grow its overseas client base.Matrix has two academic members based in Geneva - barristers Professor Zachary Douglas and Professor Andrew Clapham who will head the new office. The Gray’s Inn chambers, which was founded in 2000 and boasts Cherie Blair QC amongst its members, will use Geneva to beef up its work in business human rights and commercial arbitration as well as dealing with the UN and the European Court of Arbitration for Sport.
