Nevada open for online gambling

Online gambling has taken its first tentative steps in the US having been banned seven years ago.

Caesars offers online gambling Jorg Hackemann

New legislation in Nevada sees Caesars became first Las Vegas casino operator to offer online gambling in the state. Delaware has also passed legislation to allow online gambling and other US states are expected to follow suit  with New Jersey, who is expected to go online in October. Meanwhile, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois and California remain in the planning process. As online betting becomes legalised, H2 Gambling Capital reports the US online gambling market will reach gross winnings of $7.4 billion by 2017.
