Delaware has also passed legislation to allow online gambling and other US states are expected to follow suit with New Jersey, who is expected to go online in October. Meanwhile, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois and California remain in the planning process. As online betting becomes legalised, H2 Gambling Capital reports the US online gambling market will reach gross winnings of $7.4 billion by 2017.
