Ms. Dillon is based in the firm’s London office and was formerly director of knowledge management at law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner, where she developed the knowledge management practice across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Mr. Agnoli joins Reed Smith after a stint as head of global IT transformation at generic drug maker Mylan NV and is based in the Pittsburgh office. He also brings law firm experience to the new job, having spent more than a decade as CIO at K&L Gates.
