The remaining 40 lawyers in Forman Perry have now regrouped in a firm which is called Forman Watkins & Krutz. Thomas Tardy is one of the lawyers joining Maron. He called the move amicable and said: 'For more than 10 years, our group has worked closely with Jim Maron and his team and have gained a healthy respect for them as attorneys and an appreciation for their business plan.'
