Structure Tone, a leading US building company, has pleaded guilty to corruption charges in relation to the defrauding of numerous famous businesses Sergey Nivens

The company has agreed to forfeit US$55m in relation to fraudulent deals it admits it made with subcontractors. As a result of these agreements, clients including the law firm and Moody’s, Bloomberg and Bank of America were given inflated bills for plumbing, electrical and other types of building services. The guilty plea was made in the State Supreme Court in Manhattan. Source: New York Times
