The Luxury Law Alliance Advisory Board welcomes Jeffrey Hellman as a member. Based in New York, Hellman is senior vice president and assistant general counsel at PVH Corp. (parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger) and serves as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, where he teaches a course in fashion law and finance. He has worked in various capacities at PVH since 2007 and is a senior business lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, corporate governance, securities compliance, and managing litigation.
