The company, which has faced some challenges in recent months, is on its way to becoming the country's largest practice by doubling the number of staff working in its legal division. The Aim-listed company is looking to increase its legal division to 1,500 to process noise-induced deafness claims. Other areas it is targeting include employer's and public liability cases. It currently spends £12 million per month on case acquisition and is looking to rely less on insurance companies but also acquire cases from intermediaries and direct from consumers.
