Quindell is listed on AIM. A business can be suspended from AIM, however, if it does not hae a 'nominated adviser', otherwise known as a broker. The Sunday Times says that 'at least one firm' has turned down the 'potentially toxic role' and that finding a broker could be far from easy. The business has seen its shares slide this year. Its founder Rob Terry resigned and the current chair, David Currie, is an interim leader of the business. Source: Sunday Times
